Resume Keywords for Tech Placements: What to Include

ATS and recruiters search for specific skills and terms. Including the right keywords—naturally—improves your chances of being shortlisted.

Technical keywords

Languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc. Frameworks: React, Node.js, Spring, Django. Tools: Git, Docker, SQL, AWS. Include what you've actually used and what appears in job descriptions you target.

Role-specific terms

For SDE: algorithms, data structures, APIs, system design. For data: SQL, Python, Pandas, analytics, ML. For product: user research, prioritization, roadmaps. Mirror the job description where it fits.

Don't keyword-stuff
